enforcement of this Law, instruct the Organization to make a report in reference to its business, or to allow personnel to enter the offices of the Organization and other business premises to inspect the state of business or account books, documents, or any other matters.
2. In cases where any entry inspection is made under the provisions of the previous paragraph, each of the said personnel shall carry an identification card, and shall present it when requested to do so by any person concerned.
3. The right of entry inspection under the provisions of paragraph 1 shall not be construed as being for the purpose of a criminal investigation.
SUBSECTION 7. SUPPLEMENTARY PROVISIONS
(Dissolution)
Article 61. The dissolution of the Organization will be provided for by a separate Law:
(Consultation with Minister of Finance)
Article 62. The Minister of Transport shall consult with the Minister of Finance in the cases listed below:
(1)When intending to give approval under Article 21 paragraph 2 (Increase of Capital), Article 44 paragraph 3 (Business Necessary for Attaining Purpose), Article 45 paragraph 1 (J)reparation and alteration of business manual), Article 47 (Approval of Budget, etc.), Article 51 (Loans), Article 52 paragraph 1 (Issuance of Bonds for Improvement of Environment) or paragraph 4 of the same Article (Entrustment of the Business of Issuing Bonds), or Article 54 (Plan of Redemption);
(2)When intending to give approval under Article 48 paragraph 1 (Preparation of Financial statements) or Article 57 (Standards for Payment of Salary and Retirement Allowances);
(3)When intending to designate under the provisions of subparagraph 1 of Article 56 (Application of Surplus);
(4)When intending to delegate an Ordinance of the Ministry of Transport under Article 58 (Delegation to Ordinances of the Ministry of Transport).
(Application according to Other Laws and Ordinances)
Article 63. With respect to the Law governing Registration of Real Estate and other laws as specified by Cabinet Order, all such Laws and Ordinances shall apply accordingly by regarding the Organization as a national administrative agent or local public body in accordance with a Cabinet Order.
